What We Don't Collect
We believe in data minimisation. We do NOT collect:
- Precise GPS location tracking
- Phone numbers
- Payment card details (payments are handled by Uber/Bolt)
- Social media profiles
- Browsing history
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- Match you with travelers on similar flights heading to nearby destinations
- Enable in-app communication with your match
- Send you notifications about matches and messages
- Improve our service and fix technical issues
Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary:
- Chat messages: Automatically deleted 2 hours after flight arrival
- Ride requests: Deleted after 24 hours
- Account data: Retained until you delete your account
Data Sharing
We share your information only in these limited circumstances:
- With your match: First name and flight details (never your email or phone)
- Service providers: Firebase (Google) for secure data storage, hosted in EU data centers
- Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect safety
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
